APPLICATION: Apply to clean dry skin and massage cream on affected areas until completely absorbed. To use for sleep, massage under soles of feet until completely absorbed. This will result in a deeper and restful sleep. Use as needed throughout the day or as directed by a healthcare professional. You may feel slight tingling or itching after application.
